The "15-Minutes of Fame" International Film Festival was founded in 2009 by its current sponsors, Ray and Migdalia Etheridge, who are husband-and-wife filmmakers. They have produced eight low-budget feature films, and several shorts.
The Etheridges are included on a panel of five judges, who evaluate the films on their technical merits, script development, creativity, acting, and entertainment value. Awards are given in fifteen categories, which are noted on the "Awards" page. News article (click here)
The festival is co-sponsored by Teicher Theatre's Palm Bay Dollar Movies.
